A refund will be provided only if BHC is unable to replace the returned Product(s). Contact BHC with photo proof within 1 day of delivery of the order and BHC will replace it. If BHC is unable to replace it, BHC will issue a refund, in accordance with our policies which You can find here
Whilst BHC investigates, request You to please make note of the below pointers:
Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help BHC understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged
The replacement / refund for the eligible orders will be done after the investigation
You may not be entitled for a replacement/refund, as the case may be, if You fall in any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. BHC might need Your packaging for investigation at our end.
You have used the Product(s) for which claim was raised.
In case of a component missing from a multi-component item such as Kurta, Bed - sheets, crockery, etc. replacement / refund would be provided basis availability and Product type.

What is BHC's Return Policy? How does it work?

a.Returns shall be accepted only in the following cases:
i.A wrong Product was sent to You (in which case BHC will send the correct Product); or
ii.You have received a damaged product (in which case BHC will send an undamaged Product); and
iii.You inform BHC about the receipt of wrong or damaged Product(s) within 01 (one) working day of the delivery of such Product(s) at the address provided by You for the delivery.
b.Following Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
i.Product(s) which have been used;
ii.Product(s) damaged due to its/their misuse;
iii.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of Product(s);
iv.Products which have been tampered with;
Any Product that is returned without all original packaging and parts, accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the Product(s) delivered.
To return a product to BHC, please call BHC on +91 7264872850 or email BHC on bharathandcrafts@gmail.com to inform BHC of the issue and to check if order is eligible for return. Please mention order number. BHC will guide You with the further process of self shipping and claiming reimbursement of self-shipping charges, as well as for the replacement / refund, as the case may be.
BHC will send You a confirmation email as soon as BHC receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, You can track the status of Your return request through Your account on BHC Website if You are a Member. If You are a Guest User, please follow up by call / email.

The refund will be processed in 15 working days from date of receipt by BHC of the Product(s) returned under the Return Policy and quality check is successful. It is however clarified that refund will be issue only in the event that BHC is unable to replace the returned Product(s). Further where You are returning a Product which is a wrong product (not ordered by You), You will be eligible for a refund only if BHC cannot replace it AND the Product(s) You have returned is not damaged and/or used.
Please note, refund will be initiated after the returned Product(s) reach BHC and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary depending upon the time taken by the courier service You send the returns by, to deliver the return to us, and the time required for quality check. In case of any refund discrepancies, BHC may at its sole discretion, request You to share with BHC a screenshot of Your bank statement. You will receive a confirmation email from BHC when your return is processed which will include the full details of replacement or applicable refunds, if any, or further steps to proceed with the Product(s) replacement.

Providing an email is not mandatory to create an account on BHC. However, BHC still recommend adding Your email to Your account as it will allow You to easily reset Your password if You need to and for easier communication with us.

Mobile numbers given along with shipping address cannot be used to log in on BHC. To use a number for login on BHC, You need to add Your number to Your profile and verify it with OTP. This can be done under profile section in Account.

No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package.

Both the sender and the recipient can initiate a request to return the gift item if it is eligible for return.
