If You have cancelled Your order before it was shipped, You will receive a refund in 15 working days from the date of cancellation, after deducting a cancellation charge of 10%.
BHC does not offer reverse pick up services. Therefore, if Your order is eligible for a return, it would have to be self-shipped by You.

Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. BHC might need Your packaging for investigation at our end.
You have used the Product(s) for which claim was raised.
In case of a component missing from a multi-component item such as Kurta, Bed - sheets, crockery, etc. replacement / refund would be provided basis availability and Product type.
a.Returns shall be accepted only in the following cases:
i.A wrong Product was sent to You (in which case BHC will send the correct Product); or
ii.You have received a damaged product (in which case BHC will send an undamaged Product); and
iii.You inform BHC about the receipt of wrong or damaged Product(s) within 01 (one) working day of the delivery of such Product(s) at the address provided by You for the delivery.
b.Following Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
i.Product(s) which have been used;
ii.Product(s) damaged due to its/their misuse;
iii.Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of Product(s);
iv.Products which have been tampered with;
Any Product that is returned without all original packaging and parts, accessories, including the box, and all other items originally included with the Product(s) delivered.

Please mention order number. BHC will guide You with the further process of self shipping and claiming reimbursement of self-shipping charges, as well as for the replacement / refund, as the case may be.
BHC will send You a confirmation email as soon as BHC receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, You can track the status of Your return request through Your account on BHC Website if You are a Member. If You are a Guest User, please follow up by call / email.

In the event that You fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped item, You shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and BHC assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped item.
You can create Your account on BHC by entering and verifying Your mobile number or email address. Click on "Sign up" after that, and fill up the form to create Your BHC account.
You can use Your mobile and OTP/password or email address which You have registered with BHC for login.
You can login with mobile number and password. This works if Your mobile number is verified on Your account. To login with mobile and password, enter Your mobile number and "Continue". On the OTP page, You will find the option to login with password. However, it is highly recommended that You login with OTP for convenience and security.
If You are not receiving an OTP use the "Login with password" option to login to Your BHC account.
Providing an email is not mandatory to create an account on BHC. However, BHC still recommend adding Your email to Your account as it will allow You to easily reset Your password if You need to and for easier communication with us.
Mobile numbers given along with shipping address cannot be used to log in on BHC. To use a number for login on BHC, You need to add Your number to Your profile and verify it with OTP. This can be done under profile section in Account.
You can log in to Your account and change it from Account section/Profile tab.
You can update Your account details by going to Account Recovery. For that, You will need to enter Your old mobile number and go to the OTP page. You will find an option "Get Help" there to recover Your account.

No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package.
Both the sender and the recipient can initiate a request to return the gift item if it is eligible for return. Please note that when You return an item, the gift wrap charges are not credited back.
