a.Returns shall be accepted only in the following cases:
i.A wrong Product was sent to You (in which case BHC will send the correct Product); or
ii.You have received a damaged product (in which case BHC will send an undamaged Product); and

b.Following Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

Both the sender and the recipient can initiate a request to return the gift item if it is eligible for return.
